Our client in Coventry is seeking four experienced Social Workers to join their All-Age Disabilities Service. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will review and assess a backlog of cases, conducting thorough, strength-based assessments and producing high-quality reports. You will ensure compliance with key legislation, including the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, Mental Health Act, UK GDPR, and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your work will focus on supporting individuals with disabilities, promoting independence, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver the best outcomes.
