- Doctorly-prepared with demonstrated experience in curriculum development, academic assessment, program evaluation and outcome measurement.
- Progressive leadership experience with a proven ability to lead complex initiatives, drive strategic priorities, and achieve measurable results
- Minimum of five years of academic or relevant professional experience in higher education or a comparable setting
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, align, and inspire diverse stakeholders across roles and disciplines
- Demonstrated effectiveness in conflict management, including navigating complex organizational dynamics, fostering consensus, and ensuring accountability
- Excellent written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to collaboration, transparency, and continuous quality improvement
- Active participation and demonstrated leadership in professional organizations, reflecting engagement with national standards and emerging best practices.
- Ability to advance institutional priorities through strategic thinking, data-informed decision making, and outcomes-focused leadership
- Preferred Experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience in higher education, nursing education, or healthcare settings, with a record of advancing academic or organizational priorities
- Evidence of excellence in practice, teaching, or research, as demonstrated through certifications, awards, honors, or advanced professional education
- Teaching experience across undergraduate and graduate programs, with a commitment to academic rigor, student success, and educational innovation
