- Entrepreneurial, solution-focused, and adaptable to fast-paced, start-up environments.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Proven ability to spot growth opportunities, test ideas, and execute within tight budgets.
- Willing to travel occasionally for new opportunities.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Performance Tracking: Accurately track and report daily KPIs, inventory counts, and commissary supply transfers for locations under your management.
- Customer Growth Strategies: Collaborate with our Brand and Marketing team to create and execute strategies for growing a loyal customer base.
- Store Performance. You keep an eye on key store metrics, plan shifts effectively, keep your team aligned and performing at their best, while identifying key areas for improvement across the store.
