- Operational Scaling & Customer Obsession
- Deployment Operations: Bridge the gap between commercial planning and the street. Lead cross-functional launch task forces (Operations, Fleet Management, Marketing, Legal) to successfully deploy new commercial services.
- Targeted Strategic Initiatives : Lead high impact, short-to-medium term projects and strategy frameworks that improve commercial success of the Motional service
- Playbook Creation: Develop highly repeatable, scalable commercial playbooks that allow the organization to launch in new cities or integrate with new partners faster and more efficiently.
