About the role

Quess Singapore is a leading staffing and workforce solutions provider, helping organizations hire top talent and grow their business. We are looking for a 360° Recruiter with a strong focus on Business Development. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment while also growing and nurturing client relationships. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, generating new opportunities, and ensuring successful talent delivery for our clients.

Responsibilities

•  Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to closing offers
•  Identify, develop, and grow new business opportunities with potential clients
•  Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
•  Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions
•  Collaborate internally to ensure smooth delivery of recruitment services
•  Meet and exceed individual targets for placements and business growth

Requirements

•  Proven experience as a 360° recruiter, ideally in staffing or recruitment services
•  Strong business development and client relationship skills
•  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
•  Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
•  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
