Retail Merchandiser (Convenience Stores & Petrol Stations)

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and energetic Retail Merchandiser to manage our brand presence across key convenience store and petrol station channels. Responsibilities

• Daily Visits: Visit an assigned route of convenience stores ( 7-Eleven, Cheers ) and petrol stations ( Esso, Shell ) daily.
• Stock Check & Ordering: Count inventory at each store, identify stock gaps, and promptly get Store Managers to issue replenishment orders .
• Shelf Display: Keep company products neatly arranged, fully stocked, and clean on shelves and chillers.
• Promotions & POSM: Set up and maintain secondary displays (counter stands, block stacks, gondola ends) and put up price tags/posters (POSM) for maximum visibility.
• Store Relations: Maintain great relationships with store managers and team leaders to negotiate better shelf space.
• Zero Out-of-Stock: Monitor stock closely to ensure our products never run out on shelves.

Requirements

• ⚠️ Mandatory Requirement: Must possess your own motorcycle or car. Daily travel across multiple assigned store locations is required.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of retail merchandising or store operations experience (Experience with CVS or petrol stations is a major plus).
• Skills: Proactive, friendly, and comfortable pushing store managers for stock orders.
• Physical Ability: Able to stay on your feet, travel daily, and handle physical stock replenishment.
