About the role

  • Conduct daily briefings to communicate goals, promotions and key updates
  • Monitor inventory and restock service items (e.g., napkins, cutlery) as needed
  • Handle daily cash transactions, end-day reconciliation, and monthly invoice consolidation
  • Oversee service execution for group bookings and private events
  • Liaise with clients or event managers to ensure expectations are met
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role or similar, preferably in a restaurant
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to guide and motivate a team
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
