This resource will be brought on to help support our Check Processing group. *Previous Check processing experience is required. Desired Experience: - At least 5+ years of Business Analysis experience. - Banking industry experience specifically check processing - Strong testing experience. Ability to execute test cases. - Experience participating in the full SDLC - Experience with work flows / process flows - Experience with process improvement - Effective identification of business problems, assessment of proposed solutions to those problems, and understanding of the needs of stakeholders. - Support the development of effective working relationships with stakeholders - Supports understanding of the environment in which business analysis is performed and knowledge of general business principles and available solutions - Effective communication skills support business analysts in eliciting and communicating requirements among stakeholders.
