We are looking for an Associate Search Analyst to join our Search Analysis team in Belgrade. About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Proficient in English Proficient in French Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Microsoft, Outlook etc.) It would be great if you also have . . . Experience working in IP field, preferably with Trademarks Experience in a customer-facing position Good analytical and research skills What will you be doing in this role? Provide customer service support to Watch customers Ensure that qualitative Watch reports are produced for CompuMark clients Assure accurate maintenance of clients' Watch portfolios Successfully complete applicable training to learn all job-relevant systems and information Maintain an active understanding of the intellectual property (IP) industry and grow knowledge of relevant technologies/services/industry events to improve personal skills and gain a better understanding of customer needs.
