Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales.
• Knowledge of air freight and ocean freight operations will be advantageous.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients who communicate only in Mandarin.

Position : Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding / Logistics) Location : Tampines Industrial Crescent Working hours : 5.25 working days, Monday-Friday 8:30- 5:30 ALTERNATE Saturday 8:30-12:30pm Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $3500+ Performance Bonus Duration : Perm Industry : Freight Forwarding Industry Main Responsibilities: Promote air freight, ocean freight and logistics solutions to new and existing customers. Generate new business through cold calls, emails, client visits and sales follow-ups. Prepare quotations, negotiate rates and follow up on customer enquiries. Achieve sales targets, KPIs and support business growth initiatives. Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution. Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction. Prepare sales reports and monitor market trends and business opportunities.
