The main portfolio of the CHIS group is in clinical growth initiatives that center around improving clinical care, closing care gaps, driving ambulatory care clinical transformation using quality improvement, clinical workflow redesign, and calculating downstream value. Working under the leadership of the Senior Director of CHIS, the project manager will manage and develop new clinical growth initiative programs and functionalities for CHIS to expand and transform high-quality ambulatory care at Montefiore Medical Center. These include, but are not limited to, breast cancer screening, colorectal cancer screening, diabetes, and weight management, among others. The Project Manager is expected to have past experience with clinical workflows and processes, and a strong command of health service redesign principles that optimize operational, quality, equity, and financial components.
