This position is responsible for defining, evolving, and governing Core Enterprise IT infrastructure services which Including data centre, cloud platforms, enterprise networking, identity, security, and shared services to support manufacturing, test, engineering, and corporate functions across multiple OSAT and office sites. Core Roles and Responsibilities Enterprise Infrastructure Architecture Leadership - Act as a technical authority for enterprise infrastructure architecture across global OSAT operations - Custodian of architecture for enterprise wide shared services, including: o Core data centre and hybrid cloud platforms o Enterprise network and connectivity services o Identity, access management, and security foundations o Enterprise monitoring, logging, and reliability platforms - Work with other IT Infrastructure function / service lead on architecture and standards - Define and maintain enterprise reference architectures, standards, and design guardrails used across IT and manufacturing domains Job Specifications(Qualifications/Experience/Skills & Knowledge/Personal Qualities) Enterprise Platform Design & Evolution - Lead design of scalable, resilient, and secured enterprise IT Infrastructure platforms that support: o Manufacturing and test systems o Corporate and business applications o Analytics, data platforms, and digital initiatives - Architect for global scale, multi site consistency, and operational simplicity, while meeting OSAT availability and compliance requirements - Drive modernization initiatives across: o Virtualization and container platforms o Storage and data protection services o Enterprise network segmentation and zero trust models Cloud, Hybrid & Shared Services Strategy - Architect and evolve hybrid and multi cloud enterprise platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP as applicable) to support: o Enterprise application hosting o Manufacturing data aggregation and analytics o Disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity - Establish enterprise patterns for: o Secure cloud connectivity o Identity federation and access controls o Cost governance and platform scalability - Balance cloud adoption with data residency, IP protection, cost efficiency, and operational reliability OSAT Context & Manufacturing Enablement (Enterprise Lens) - Ensure enterprise infrastructure platforms meet OSAT manufacturing needs for: o 24x7 availability o Predictable performance and latency o Controlled change and life cycle management - Partner with Factory IT, Site IT, Automation, Enterprise Apps, InfoSec and Business teams to ensure enterprise services are fit for purpose without being factory specific - Enable standardization across sites while allowing controlled local flexibility Technical Governance & Cross Org Influence - Serve as a key contributor to enterprise architecture governance, including: o Architecture and design reviews o Technical standards and life cycle decisions o Risk assessments for high impact changes - Influence infrastructure engineering, operations, and application teams through clear technical direction and design leadership - Drive documentation of architecture decisions, patterns, and trade offs for global consumption Reliability, Security & Operational Excellence - Architect enterprise platforms with availability, resiliency, and recoverability as first class requirements - Provide deep technical leadership during: o Major incidents o Root cause analysis o Design remediation for systemic issues - Embed security by design principles across enterprise infrastructure services Vendor& Technology Strategy - Act as Senior Staff technical lead for enterprise infrastructure vendors and strategic partners - Lead technical evaluations, POCs, and architectural due diligence - Influence vendor solution designs and roadmaps to align with enterprise OSAT requirements Required Qualifications Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or experience in related field
