Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the beauty and personal care service outlet.
• Arrange staff duty rosters, work schedules, and daily task assignments.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure services are provided according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Attend to customer enquiries, appointments, service feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Ensure treatment rooms, service areas, equipment, tools, and products are clean, safe, and properly maintained.
• Assist in managing inventory, including beauty products, personal care products, treatment supplies, and consumables.
• Train and guide staff on service procedures, hygiene standards, customer service, and workplace safety requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, hygiene practices, and relevant safety requirements.
• Assist management in sales activities, customer retention, promotions, and daily administrative duties.
• Prepare and maintain daily sales records, staff attendance records, appointment records, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and internal staff when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in beauty, wellness, personal care, customer service, or outlet operations.
• Able to supervise staff and coordinate daily operations effectively.
• Good communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of beauty, skincare, wellness, or personal care services will be an advantage.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail operating hours when required.
• Responsible, service-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
