Job Description Governance & Risk Management Oversee the governance and control framework for the Wealth Management business, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Manage operational risk and control programs, including incident reporting, operational loss tracking, audits, compliance reviews, and remediation tracking. Ensure adherence to wealth sales governance standards and suitability requirements across the end-to-end customer engagement journey. Review, update, and maintain operational procedures, governance documentation, and control standards. Partner closely with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Business stakeholders on governance-related matters. Sales Process Management Drive continuous improvement and optimisation of wealth sales and operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience. Ensure consistent implementation of supervisory controls and documentation standards across all sales channels. Identify process gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle. Collaborate with product and sales stakeholders to ensure effective execution of wealth sales processes and governance standards. Act as a key advisor and liaison to the sales team by providing guidance, training, communication, and operational support on process requirements, documentation standards, system enhancements, and regulatory compliance. Systems & Project Management Lead and collaborate with product teams to drive wealth-related projects from concept through implementation and post-launch stabilisation. Partner with Business, Technology, Operations, and Regional stakeholders to deliver strategic and regulatory initiatives. Manage UAT coordination, business readiness, process impact assessments, and implementation governance. Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives, timelines, governance standards, and operational readiness requirements. Champion change management initiatives, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and training. Serve as the primary liaison with Technology, chairing weekly production incident forums to monitor, escalate, and resolve system issues. Stakeholder Management & Leadership Engage senior management and cross-functional stakeholders to align governance, process, and project priorities. Lead and mentor team members across governance, process management, and project functions. Provide strategic recommendations to enhance governance effectiveness and drive business process optimisation. Job Requirements Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience in governance, risk, process management, or project management within financial services. Strong understanding of wealth management products, sales processes, and regulatory requirements. Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive initiatives independently. Experience in project delivery, UAT coordination, and process improvement initiatives. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
