As our Account Management team grows we are looking for a customer-oriented and result-driven Enterprise AM to join us. As an Enterprise Account Manager you will be actively contributing to our continued customer satisfaction as well as working to increase growth and margin within existing accounts. In this role you will be responsible for a portfolio of top accounts. You must possess a genuine hunger to navigate your accounts in a fast-changing, hyper-growth environment, be ready to roll-up your sleeves and work hard.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of Tier 1 customers, building trusted relationships with champions, key decision makers, and executive stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Travel, HR, IT, and Leadership.
- Build and execute strategic account plans by developing a deep understanding of your customers' business, identifying expansion opportunities, mitigating risks, and maximizing long-term customer value.
- Identify growth opportunities across business units, geographies, and product lines to expand your portfolio through new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Drive adoption across Perk's Travel and Spend platform by identifying underutilized features, expanding use cases, and partnering with customers on change management initiatives.
- Leverage data and analytics to lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), delivering reports and presentations that demonstrate business outcomes, product adoption, ROI, and future strategic opportunities to senior stakeholders.
- Be an expert across Perk's Travel and Spend platform to educate customers on new capabilities and consistently meet or exceed quarterly expansion targets.
- Identify common challenges within each account, develop timely solutions, and implement long-term strategies that improve customer outcomes and satisfaction.
- Be Perk's biggest advocate within your customers and your customers' biggest advocate within Perk by partnering with Product, Engineering, and Technical Support teams to resolve issues, influence product improvements, and represent the voice of the customer.
- Effectively prioritize your time and resources to maximize impact across your portfolio and key business initiatives.
Requirements
- Significant experience managing a portfolio of Tier 1 customers in a SaaS, travel-tech, fintech, or spend management environment. Experience working with finance, procurement, travel, or expense management ecosystems is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to build relationships across Finance, Procurement, Travel, HR, IT, and executive leadership within large enterprise organizations.
- Experience navigating complex enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders, procurement processes, and executive decision-makers.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and build trusted, long-term relationships.
- Strong financial, commercial, and analytical acumen, with the ability to discuss T&E policy, spend controls, ROI, cost optimization, and operational efficiency with finance leaders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer value.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across a portfolio of strategic accounts.
