Responsibilities

  • Review and process supplier invoices/statements.
  • Negotiate supplier rates and confirm shipments.

Requirements

  • Min. Diploma in Business or equivalent
  • Min. 2 years of Purchasing Experience in F&B Industry
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience with supplier coordination, purchase orders, and invoicing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Google Sheets) and experience with the Microsoft Dynamic Business Central will be an advantage.
  • Basic Accounting Knowledge
  • Good communication skills, especially for team coordination (via tools like Lark).
  • Ability to multitask and handle various operational tasks efficiently.
