Job Title: Social Worker - Looked After Children Location: Southend - On - Sea Rate : £38 per hour Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experiences Social Worker to join a Looked After Children Team based in Southend. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will manage a caseload of children and young people, ensuring professional standards and knowledge of relevant legislation. You will assess and address the needs of children and their families, providing efficient and cost-effective services. Your responsibilities include investigating and analysing case information, maintaining clear and reliable records, and taking a holistic view of each individual's needs. You will ensure compliance with statutory requirements and Council policies, prepare and submit necessary reports, and keep the Team Manager informed of any workload issues. Your goal is to deliver high-quality, comprehensive support to children and young people.
