Establish inspection and test plans and its record forms as per project requirements and international codes and standards. Carry out inspections on discipline responsible to determine whether work performed conforms to quality requirements, and recording its result. Ensure inspection status is controlled through efficient tools such as inspection matrix. Coordinate direct activities with the other discipline inspectors to maintain consistency and integrity in the overall construction. Inspection of piping, welding, painting and insulation activities and supports subcontractor to ensure quality and efficiency in accordance with project specification. Review Customer's technical specifications and Quality Assurance Plans, QC Procedures and NDE procedures assist with establishing acceptable working practices for construction activities. Verifying that adequate and valid welder approvals are available, and that only approved welders are used in production.
