Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. A genuine passion for gaming and familiarity with popular games and platforms. Experience in customer support or community management is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize with gamers. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to support. Comfortable with various communication tools and platforms. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and positively contribute to the gaming community.
