Organization: Dept of Surgery Education Job Summary: In your pivotal role as GME Program Administrator, you will work with the Sr. GME Administrator to assist in the coordination of activities of the Graduate Medical Education (GME) program including activities such as the recruiting, onboarding, and ensuring compliance of incoming and current residents, assuring program compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining essential documentation required for program viability. You will oversee day-to-day program coordination and functions as a liaison between 80 total residents, departments, attending faculty, administration and outside institutions with oversight. REQUIRED: - Bachelor's (or equivalent experience) - 2 years of relevant experience - Prior experience in Graduate Medical Education is preferred You will work fully on site initially at our office at Vanderbilt Medical Center North located at 1211 21st Ave. South, 4th floor in Nashville, TN. Following your probationary/training period, you will enjoy a remote hybrid schedule. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday during standard business hours. However, flexibility is essential as there will be times, such as during recruitment seasons, when extended hours may be necessary to accommodate program needs. .
