Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support during construction and commissioning activities
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in coordination with engineering teams and stakeholders
- Ensure all site issues, queries, and solutions are properly documented, tracked, and closed
- Support equipment installation, plant configuration, and LV secondary systems including cabling activities

- Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement across projects
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements and promote safe work practices
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience in HVDC, substations, or large-scale AC power or infrastructure projects
- Prior experience supporting construction and commissioning in a site-based role
- Strong understanding of electrical drawings (SLD, layouts, cable lists, connection diagrams, etc.)
- Knowledge of equipment installation, cabling systems, and construction sequences
- Familiar with engineering processes such as change management and site documentation workflows
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced site environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards
