Responsibilities

• Bid content development
• Pull together critical information from across the business to build winning tender responses.
• Craft tailored, high-impact content that directly addresses client requirements.
• Leverage visual content to bring proposals to life and boost impact.
• Direct cross-functional teams to develop focused, high-quality bid content.
• Allocate and track deliverables across document management, formatting, and visual content.
• Governance
• Drive the development of governance documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure all governance deadlines and criteria are consistently achieved.
• Manage tender processes end-to-end, ensuring portfolio information is accurate and up to date.

Requirements

• Must be an Australian Citizen.
• 2 or more years' experience in a coordination role.
• Industry experience in Telecommunications or Utilities highly regarded.
• Capability in digital and visual content creation highly regarded.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence through writing and conversation.
• Strong business and commercial acumen.
• Background in a Business Development team strongly preferred.

You will be working closely with the wider Business Development (BD) team, to help support and manage day-to-day coordination of the business development processes creating high quality, strategic response that fulfil our client requests.
