Job Scope: Assess patients' functional needs and develop personalised occupational therapy plans Deliver interventions to improve independence in daily living activities Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team (physiotherapists, nurses, doctors) Educate and support caregivers to ensure continuity of care after discharge Uphold clinical quality, safety standards, and best practices Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy Registered with AHPC (or eligible for registration) At least 1-2 years of clinical experience in Singapore Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable with basic documentation systems (MS Office or EMR) 📍Work Location : West 💼 Working Hours : Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm If this sounds like you, click APPLY NOW to send us your CV.
