Program Analyst

About the role

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Navy Petroleum Office Inventory Management Division of NPO FORT BELVOIR. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Serving as a focal point for program management of petroleum systems and fuel accounting/accountability; 2) Utilizing comprehensive knowledge of inventory management policies, procedures, and software applications used for transaction and inventory system processing; 3) Applying skills toward the design, the techniques, terminology in the development of systems requirements to support the automation of processes carrying out the fuel mission; and 4) Applying knowledge of engineer life cycle support concepts, program, polices, procedures, and capabilities to ensure effective petroleum systems program support.
