Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts to ensure legal compliance and protect company interests.

- Strong knowledge of Singapore construction law, regulations, and compliance.
- Proven expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, risk management, and commercial legal advisory.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
