Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts to ensure legal compliance and protect company interests.
  • Advise on legal structures, including joint ventures and SPVs, and address cross-border legal and regulatory matters.

  • 10+ years of legal experience in private practice and/or in-house, preferably in construction.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore construction law, regulations, and compliance.
  • Proven expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, risk management, and commercial legal advisory.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
