Accounts Executive (AP/AR & Finance Operations) - Join a Dynamic Finance Team #HDC

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing, expense classification, and month-end General Ledger closing.
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of AP invoices into SAP, with proper supporting documentation maintained.
• Support Accounts Receivable operations, including billing administration, collections monitoring, and performance tracking.
• Review existing finance processes and recommend enhancements to improve billing and collection efficiency.
• Perform bank reconciliations and clearing activities for customer accounts and internal business units.
• Monitor the effectiveness of process improvements and support continuous enhancement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies across all finance functions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations.
• Experience with SAP will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with partial or full-set accounts is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Able to work independently in a structured and fast-paced environment.
• Available to commence work within a short notice period.
