About the role

We are seeking an entry-level to intermediate Identity and Access Management Engineer to join our global IT Cloud Services team. This role is ideal for a soon-to-be or recent college graduate who enjoys development, scripting, and automation, and who wants to grow their career at the intersection of software development, cloud, and identity security. The position pairs up with two members of our global operations team to make the global Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. This key IAM role will report directly to our Global IT Director of Cloud Services. Essential Functions: As an entry-Level to intermediate Identity Management Engineer, you will join the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team and help build, automate, and improve systems that manage digital identities across the organization. This role is hands-on and development‑focused, where you will write code, build integrations, and automate workflows that support user onboarding, access management, and security. You will work closely with the management team and Operations Specialists while gaining exposure to real-world enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), cloud services, and SaaS platforms . Development & Automation Focus Write scripts and tools (PowerShell, Python, LotusScript, JavaScript, or similar) to automate identity-related processes Build and improve workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and access changes Integrate identity platforms with HR systems and business applications Assist in developing APIs, connectors, and automation jobs that reduce manual work Identity & Cloud Foundations Support Active Directory and Entra ID environments Help manage authentication methods such as SSO, MFA, and role-based access Learn how enterprise identity systems connect to cloud and SaaS platforms Assist with maintaining secure, standardized identity configurations Learning & Growth Learn best industry practices for Identity & Access Management (IAM) Contribute to technical documentation and standard operating procedures Participate in Global team design discussions and continuous improvement efforts Gain exposure to compliance, security, and change‑management processes Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience in the field. Students graduating soon or recent graduates are encouraged to apply

Requirements

  • Strong programming fundamentals and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience with scripting or development (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or similar)
  • Understanding of basic software development concepts (functions, APIs, version control)
  • Interest in automation, systems integration, and cloud technologies
  • Bonus Skils (Nice to Have, Not Required)
  • Exposure to Active Directory, Azure, or cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, Postman, XML, HTML
  • Familiar with authentication concepts
  • Familiar with ITIL and ISO best practices and the implementation of such practices in the Identity space
  • Internship, lab projects, GitHub work, or personal automation projects
