  • 12-15 years of experience leading enterprise-scale data integration or data engineering programs, with strong expertise in complex data ecosystems and cross‑platform integrations.
  • Experience in re‑platforming, migrations, or complex integrations
  • Strong knowledge of data integration tools and technologies (e.g., ETL, API, middleware).
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Requirements

  • 12-15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a strong focus on provider data management in a healthcare setting.
  • 5+ years of people management experience. Proven track record of enabling data-driven decision-making at a senior leadership level, including addressing complex business challenges
