Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and operational positions, including drivers, warehouse personnel, customer service staff and other Tier 1 & Tier 2 employees.

- Identify, evaluate and onboard HR-related service providers, including recruitment agencies, training providers and other HR vendors.
- Manage vendor relationships, service quality, contractual matters and performance reviews.
- Support cost optimisation and continuous improvement of outsourced services.
- Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Support workforce planning and other HR activities as assigned.
- Proactively identify issues and recommend practical solutions to improve hiring effectiveness and employee experience.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR operations.
- Experience in frontline, high-volume or logistics-related recruitment will be an advantage.
- Experience in onboarding, training coordination or vendor management is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Resourceful, proactive and solution-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Language Requirement
- The role is required to communicate and coordinate regularly with Mandarin-speaking candidates, employees, recruitment partners and service providers in Singapore and overseas markets. Therefore, the ability to read, write and communicate in Mandarin is required for business communication purposes.
