As part of its continued growth, the business is looking for a Finance Manager to support enterprise teams with strategic financial insights, business partnering, and performance management. Job Description Partner business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations Support bids, tenders, and business cases with financial modelling and analysis Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned business areas Deliver variance analysis (actual vs budget/forecast) with actionable insights Monitor project financials including cost tracking, revenue recognition, and compliance Support month-end closing and ensure accurate financial reporting Prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards (IFRS 15) Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting and operational teams Coach and guide junior finance team members where required The Successful Applicant Degree in Accountancy or equivalent; CPA or professional certification preferred Minimum 6 years of experience, with strong exposure to FP&A Experience in business partnering within a fast-paced environment Strong financial modelling, analytical, and Excel skills Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Workday Ability to translate data into clear business insights Strong stakeholder management and communication skills What's on Offer Strategic and visible role partnering enterprise business leaders Exposure to bids, commercial finance, and transformation initiatives Opportunity to influence key business decisions Dynamic and fast-paced working environment Contact Rachel Hee (Lic No: R22111006/ EA no: 18S9099) Quote job ref JN-062026-7038756 Phone number +65 6541 9960 Michael Page International Pte Ltd | Registration No. 199804751N
