We're looking for a Senior Creative Copywriter who combines strong conceptual thinking with exceptional writing craft. Someone who can develop campaign ideas, shape brand narratives, and bring clarity to complex briefs through compelling storytelling. You'll work closely with an Art Director partner, Designers, Strategists, and Social Creatives to develop integrated campaigns, creative platforms, and content ecosystems for both Dutch and international brands. While your expertise lies in words, your thinking extends far beyond copy. You understand how ideas come to life across channels, audiences, and touchpoints. You are a proactive and digitally savvy creative, ready to generate original ideas that help our clients stay ahead. Your concepts will be rooted in culture-focused on building brands rather than just adding to the noise. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building brands, loves solving creative problems, and can confidently move between campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, social-first thinking, and long-form storytelling. You will be responsible for creating campaigns for a range of well-known clients, both local and international. Our creative department is evolving and comprises a mix of talented creatives and specialists in media, social, and technology, all working together to showcase the best DEPT has to offer. You'll bring at least 5 years of agency experience and the ability to sell your ideas with flair, backing them up with strategic insights, trends, and data to create memorable advertising.
