Maintenance position available at a multifamily housing community. Heavy cleaning is involved on a daily basis in addition to ensuring the community, building, grounds, apartments, and common areas are maintained in a safe and marketable condition, including but not limited to completing work order requests in a timely fashion and in coordination with priorities determined with the Supervisor, communicating details of work orders, prioritizing and completing maintenance in conjunction with the needs of the leasing efforts, assessing appropriate action for repair vs replace situations (including carpet, tile or vinyl, etc.), and proactively identifying and addressing community needs and liabilities.
