We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team at our Hauling site in Leesville, LA. Schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Pay Range: $17-18/hr. depending on experience. On top of competitive pay, we offer excellent benefits, 401k match $1 per $1, vacation, and year-round work. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve customer disputes & demonstrate the ability to become proficient in the use of proprietary operational systems. Assist customers by phone and in person to receive orders for installation, turn on, discontinuance, or change in service. Fills out contract forms, determines charges for service requested, collects deposits, prepares change of address records and issues discontinuance orders.
