• Salary commensurate with experience
• Require to work 5.5 work week and beyond working hours if needed

Job scope - Planning and assigning of daily transportation schedules - Responsible for operations after official working hour to ensure smooth deliverance - Managing our customer service operation at our Batam and Bintan office - Responsible for all weekly vessels schedule - Responsible for all daily depot processes and operations for the next subsequent day - Informing our customers of the container details - Ensuring all additional charges are being accounted accordingly - Proactively getting updates for all container status - Act as the contingency for the main traffic controller in their absence - Processing of discharged containers - Booking of Escorts for the vessel and handling permits for LTA Oversized cargo - Other ad-hoc duties as tasked by Reporting Officer
