Additional Information

- Responsible for the overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies. - Provides management and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface. - Oversees and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors. - Responsible for administering the project from the pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage through procurement, shop drawing/coordination development, construction, space turnover and contract closeout. Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project. Engineering or construction-related degree, or equivalent practical experience. At least 5 years of experience in project or program management. Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written). Driver's license B. Strong understanding of HSSE leadership and compliance. Proven experience managing multi-site or fast-track projects. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word). Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently across the Benelux region. VCA certification (or willingness to obtain).
