We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Product Marketing team. In this highly visible, strategic role that spans across the Addepar product portfolio, you will be responsible for helping drive acquisition, engagement, and retention in our fastest growing client segment covering enterprise and institutional clients, including global banks, pensions, endowments, foundations, sovereign wealth funds, and large private equity and venture capital firms globally. You'll work cross-functionally with product, sales, and other go-to-market teams to drive product positioning, enhance segmentation, map complex buyer and customer journeys, and translate segment insight into messaging, enablement, and go-to-market programs. A successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York. The current range for this role is $159,000- $199,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy for the enterprise and institutional client segments in alignment with company and platform goals
- Become the expert in your client segments by developing a deep and continuously refined understanding of the market, buyer personas, buying committees, customer journey, and sales cycle.
- Build deep working relationships with the dedicated Sales and Relationship Management teams supporting this segment's growth and expansion.
- Define product positioning and craft compelling messaging that clearly articulates Addepar's value proposition and resonates with enterprise and institutional audiences.
- Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to develop impactful GTM strategies, marketing materials, and internal resources that support segment-specific solutions and use cases.
- Manage the product and feature launch process for the enterprise and institutional client segments in collaboration with Product, Marketing and GTM teams
- Produce thought leadership and product educational content that builds awareness and reinforces Addepar's leadership with enterprise and institutional audiences.
- Research and monitor the market, industry, and competitive landscape to identify key trends and inform competitive positioning.
- Scope, build, and launch scalable segment resources, including client education and co-branded marketing materials.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of product marketing experience. Experience with B2B SaaS, financial services, fintech, wealth management, or investment management preferred.
- Full-stack product marketer with experience researching client segments and developing strong value propositions, messaging, enablement, and associated content.
- Gifted storyteller with excellent writing and communication skills who can translate sophisticated and technical capabilities into customer benefits that resonate with target audiences.
