At Syngenta, we are at the forefront of seed development and innovation. Within our Registration Department, you will contribute to both plant variety protection (PVP) and variety registration processes, working with official documents from authorities around the world. You will support the management of regulatory records, help maintain our internal systems, and gain firsthand insight into the legal and compliance side of a global seed company. No two days are the same - from processing official country filings to organizing IP documentation across our global portfolio. The challenge Upload and organize official documents related to variety registration and PVP grants from international authorities. Maintain and improve the quality and structure of internal databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records. Support the Registration team in tracking and managing regulatory records across multiple jurisdictions. Ensure documentation aligns with internal standards and compliance requirements. Contribute to process improvements in regulatory document management. Your profile HBO (2nd year+) or MBO (3rd/4th year) student in Business Administration, Legal Management, Public Administration, Life Sciences, Agribusiness, International Business, or Information Management - we are open to different backgrounds that fit. Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus but not required. Accurate, structured, and well-organized - you have a strong eye for detail and take ownership of your work. Comfortable working with digital tools and data systems; experience with Excel is an advantage. Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn - you take initiative and ask questions when needed. Interest in international business, legal/regulatory processes, or the agricultural sector is a plus.
