About the role
You won't be here just to "test features." You'll work with teams from the beginning - shaping how quality is approached across the lifecycle: from idea and design through development and integration to production and real usage Your focus is simple: reduce risk early, not detect it late. - Help teams learn from and improve continously
Requirements
- You're an experienced quality engineer who thinks in systems, not test cases. You focus on where things can break - and how to catch that early. You're comfortable deciding what to test, where, and why, and just as comfortable saying "this doesn't need a test here."
- You work closely with developers and product, challenge assumptions when needed, and help turn unclear ideas into something testable.
- You care about fast, reliable feedback, not just adding more tests.

- Experience working across frontend and backend systems (React/Next.js + .NET/C#)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and integration patterns
- Hands-on experience with automation across levels (unit, integration, selective UI)
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Ability to spot risk early - in design, not just in production
