Job Synopsis : The Live hanger picks up a chicken from a conveyor at waist height mov in g from the left to right and hangs the chicken by the feet in a mov in g shackle located over the conveyor belt at about chest height . DOA's run off the end of the belt onto DOA table . Live hanger expectations are 24 birds per m in ute in all positions except when operat in g the switch (28 birds per m in ute) And any other d uti es as assigned by supervisor.
