Responsibilities

  • Address urgent matters promptly, implement proactive solutions, and manage concurrent assignments
  • Monitor subcontractor insurance documentation and compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or comparable technical education and practical experience
  • Minimum 10 years of comprehensive experience spanning construction operations, design processes, financial management, and team leadership
  • At least 5 years of specialized construction engineering experience in heavy industrial sector projects
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not mandatory
  • Core Competencies:
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction engineering practices, regulatory codes, and industry standards
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Demonstrated success in leading diverse, multidisciplinary project teams
