Responsibilities

  • Customer Quality Management
  • Serve as the primary quality interface for key customers in Taiwan
  • Lead customer complaint handling, including RMA justification and technical response

  • Align stakeholders on containment, risk assessment, and corrective action plans
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze field return data, trends, and internal production data
  • Develop clear, data-driven reports for internal and customer reviews
  • Support management updates with concise summaries and key insights
  • Quality System & Continuous Improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company quality systems and customer requirements
  • Drive systemic improvements to prevent recurrence of major issues
  • Support audits, customer visits, and quality reviews
  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Materials, or related field
  • Typically 5+ years of experience in Semiconductor Quality / FA /Process
  • Technical Skills
  • Strong experience in Failure Analysis and root cause methodologies
  • Familiar with semiconductor manufacturing, assembly, and test processes
  • Experience handling customer quality issues (FA, complaint, field return)
  • Data analysis capability (Excel, Python or equivalent is a plus)
  • Soft Skills
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal in English)
  • Ability to present technical content clearly to customers and management
  • High ownership with strong problem-solving mindset
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment

Requirements

  • Experience with Ai industrial / Analog devices / Automotive product/ Failure Analysis is a plus
  • Familiarity with industrial standards (e.g., JEDEC, ZVEI, AEC-Q)
  • Experience working with global teams and customers

  • Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time
