Location: Melbourne / Sydney / Brisbane We have found a great balance of embracing flexible working whilst also maintaining in-office collaboration with most teams meeting in the office 3 days per week. Lead the Vision: Drive the client delivery of all Experience (SEO) services, positioning our team as the absolute centre of excellence across Australia and New Zealand. Build a Powerhouse Team: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of mid-senior SEO experts in Melbourne Brisbane, fostering a collaborative and high-trust environment where they can do their best work. Drive Commercial Success: Partner with the Group Business Director to track profitability, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to winning new business. Innovate & Elevate: Contribute to shaping the future of our SEO, GEO and experience solutions, developing and enhancing solutions, frameworks, and processes that deliver incredible value and impact for our clients. Champion Client Partnerships: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior clients, developing and executing strategies that are woven into their business and marketing outcomes. Ideal Skills and Experience A strategic, commercially-minded, and empathetic leader who is ready to drive innovation, mentor top talent, and define the future of SEO excellence. We're also looking for; A SEO Leader: You are an experienced professional in the SEO space with expertise spanning all facets of organic discovery including; Technical, Local, Content and Measurement. You are comfortable leading and developing high performing teams and client delivery within a fast-paced agency environment. Commercially Astute: You possess strong commercial acumen, with a proven track record of managing agency revenue, improving profitability, and driving business growth. An Inspirational Mentor: You have a genuine passion for people leadership and demonstrable experience coaching and developing senior talent to reach their full potential. Strategic & Operationally Strong: You are a strategic thinker who can not only develop innovative product solutions but also implement the strong processes required to scale them. You are inherently curious, with an innovation mindset, and are comfortable ideating with technologies such as AI to improve operations, delivery, and efficiency.
