Entity: Technology Job Family Group: Procurement & Supply Chain Management Group Job Description: The Procure to Pay Analyst (P2P Analyst) is responsible for delivering strong user and supplier experience by managing and resolving complex procurement and invoicing queries including identifying areas of improvement in the process. The main purpose of the role is to provide quality support to business end users and suppliers and ensure the compliant procurement process is adhered to within the Coupa platform. US Shift Hours (Malaysia Time) : 5:00pm to 2:00am or 8:00pm to 5:00am As a P2P Analyst in Procurement processes, operations, strategies and organization, key responsibilities will include: Acting as the 2nd line to identify, resolve and develop solutions to complex queries and systemic Operational problems which cannot be resolved by the Level 1 helpdesk team. Playing a key role in identifying areas of improvement across S2P processes. To provide timely and relevant customer feedback and status update be it via the case management tool, email or Microsoft Teams chat. Prioritize business critical issues in a timely and effective manner. Communicate effectively with suppliers via email, phone, and virtual meetings. You will also act as a liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders. Identify trends and areas for improvement in end-to-end process. Supporting the Team Lead in issue handling and working with cross functional teams for the highest priority issues/highest sensitivity cases.
