Own the Grocery GTM Develop the Go-to-Market strategy for Hai Robotics in European grocery Define product positioning, value props, and competitive differentiation Build the battlecard / competitive playbook for grocery. 2. Customer & Market Intelligence Lead in-depth discovery interviews with grocery customers, 3PLs serving grocery, and integrators. Build market maps, customer profiles, vertical playbooks for grocery (ambient / chilled / dark store / micro-fulfilment / store-replen). Track industry trends, regulations (e.g., cold-chain compliance), competitor moves. 3. Solution Design & Pre-Sales Support Design warehouse automation solutions (storage strategy, picking logic, throughput models, ROI cases) for grocery scenarios using HaiPick portfolio. Use AutoCAD to produce 2D layouts, simulation results, and customer-facing presentations. Support BDs and FAEs in customer meetings, RFPs, and PoCs. 4. Product Strategy & Roadmap Voice-of-Customer Be the voice of the grocery customer inside Hai Robotics . Feed insights back to HQ product team to shape the roadmap (e.g., cold-chain rated equipment, totes sizing for grocery, integration with WMS). Lead or co-lead new product launches for grocery. 5. Cross-Cultural Project Leadership Bridge EMEA field teams and HQ product/solution teams. Coordinate resources across technical, delivery, sales, and marketing to land grocery projects. Deliver internal training, customer demos, webinars, trade shows Must-Have 3 years working in grocery automation - ideally on the retailer/3PL side in an automation / supply chain / e-fulfilment role. Deep familiarity with grocery operations - ambient, chilled, click-and-collect, dark stores, micro-fulfilment, fresh food handling. Bachelor's or above in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, Automation, Logistics, or related. Strong analytical skills - data analysis, ROI modelling, business case development. Nice-to-Have Prior experience at the mobile robot technology sector AutoCAD / 2D layout design skills. Multilingual (German, French, Dutch, Spanish) is a plus for grocery markets.
