Responsibilities

- P&C Data & Reporting : Oversee HRIS and ensure accurate data management. Analyze P&C metrics to inform strategic decisions and prepare regular reports for executive leadership.
- Culture & Engagement : Champion initiatives that promote a strong organizational culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Lead employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
- Health & Safety : Partner with relevant departments to ensure safe working conditions and the implementation of health and safety policies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, CHRP) are an asset.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
- In-depth knowledge of P&C best practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for people and service excellence.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and drive results.
