Job ID: 20287 Working Hours: 9am - 6pm Location: Raffles Place Salary: up to $5,500 (Depending on experiences) Job Description Draft, review, and revise commercial contracts using in-house templates Provide legal advice and identify potential legal risks Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary Support internal legal matters, including compliance and governance Assist in managing intellectual property (IP) matters such as registration, protection, and infringement response Job Requirement ■Must - Diploma or Degree in Law or a relevant legal qualification - 3-8 years of experience in legal roles, preferably in contract-focused work - Strong skills in contract drafting, review, and legal advisory - Business-level Mandarin proficiency to communicate and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking counterparties, as well as to handle written documents in Mandarin. - Proven experience in reviewing commercial contracts regularly, including Distribution Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Franchise Agreements, and other related business agreements. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple legal matters in a fast-paced environment - Proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible mindset ■Advantageous - Experience in IP rights management (trademark, copyright, etc.) - Experience in IP and trademark filing, as well as handling infringement matters, would be an advantage. - Prior exposure to international companies or cross-border legal work Interested applicants, kindly send your updated resume to Joanne (R21101135) Joanne@pasona.com.sg with the email subject header " Job Application for "20287, Legal Executive".
