About the role

We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a strong passion for tech products: games and apps. You will work with our talented in-house Creative Team to produce design and learn AI tools to unlock new possibilities in your creative work for our games store and ads. Requirements

• 2-3 years in Talent Acquisition or a closely related role, with hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Comfortable hiring across both technical and non-technical roles; experience in tech, product, or gaming companies is a real plus.
• A genuine interest in games, music, or creative tech - you don't need to be a gamer, but curiosity about what we build goes a long way.
• Strong interpersonal skills - you can build trust quickly, manage expectations honestly, and give feedback without ghosting people.
• Fluent in Vietnamese & English for working with international tools, partners, and JD writing.
• Organized and proactive - you follow through, track your open roles, and flag issues before they become problems.
• Experience coordinating internal events or cross-functional initiatives.
• Nice-to-have:
• Familiarity with Vietnam's gaming or mobile app talent landscape - you know where the community hangs out and who's who.
• Experience building or contributing to an employer brand from early stages (not just executing a playbook someone else wrote).
• Basic understanding of ATS tools or recruitment ops; comfort with data and simple dashboards.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment where the handbook doesn't always exist yet.
