As a Senior Visual Designer, you will focus on high-quality visual execution and interface design, helping to bring abstract concepts to life through tangible, polished assets that make complex ideas simple and accessible. HIERARCHY: Senior Individual Contributor PRIMARY DUTIES: Design Execution: Maintain a high bar for visual craft, ensuring consistency and quality across all assigned design initiatives. Visual Direction: Translate product direction into high-quality, intuitive, and elegant interfaces that bring future concepts to life. Hands-on Craft: Execute visual design across a variety of outputs, from consumer-facing apps to compelling patient-journey storytelling decks. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate design rationale effectively to internal partners, ensuring clarity and alignment on design decisions. Interface Design: Create engaging, innovative interfaces that balance strong aesthetics with usability across platforms like web and mobile. COMPENTENCY: Deep attention to detail and passion for visual storytelling. Solid understanding of component-based design systems. Growth-minded approach with the ability to navigate fast-paced environments. REQUIRED EDUCATION : BA/BS in Graphic Design, User Experience, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field-or equivalent practical experience. EXPERIENCE : 7+ years of hands-on design experience in fast-paced environments. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Professional proficiency in English.
