Tasks Depending on the project, you may be involved in: Supporting enterprise-wide IT transformation initiatives Developing and maintaining Enterprise Architecture concepts and roadmaps Bridging the gap between Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture and IT Operations Analyzing complex technical dependencies and identifying implementation risks Supporting IT Service Management initiatives and process improvements Contributing to service transition, operational readiness and continuous improvement Coordinating stakeholders across business and IT organizations Supporting testing activities including test planning, coordination and defect management Facilitating workshops and aligning technical and business teams Supporting change management and adoption during transformation programs Working closely with project managers, architects, service owners and technical teams Contributing to governance, documentation and architectural decision-making
