  • Experience leading content strategy across multi-country environments (7+ markets preferred), with strong sensitivity to cultural and linguistic localization requirements.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills ability to partner effectively with Performance Marketing, Product, Data, and CX teams to align content strategy with business objectives.
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills in English; Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is strongly preferred.

This is a hybrid role that combines a genuine passion for digital content creation with a rigorous, data-driven approach to content measurement, experimentation, and iteration, making every creative decision accountable to business outcomes. The Sr. Content Strategy Manager leads both internal and external content creation teams, owns the global influencer marketing strategy, and builds scalable, AI-first content systems that adapt to each market while consistently driving measurable results.
